Photo Description:  Viaducto de Millau
Submitter's comments:  The Millau Viaduct was offially opened on December 14,2004 and at the time was the highest in the world. The tallest of the pillars stands at 1,125 feet which is 62 feet higher than the Eiffel Tower and only 125 foot shorter than the empire state building and at a length that stretches almost 1.6 miles long. A magnificent piece of Architecture by British architect Norman Foster and structural engineer Michel Virlogeux.
John Warton's comments:

The structure has impressive features and beautiful landscape to make a beautiful picture. Please make sure to remember to submit the largest dimension of the photo at a maximum of 800 pixels. Thank you for sharing your insightful comments and photo with the community.
